Will VideoXpress work with all modern browsers?
Yes, as long as Flash Player 9 has been installed.
What types of file format does VideoXpress support?
VideoXpress supports FLV and MP4 formats.
What version of flash is required for editing the source file?
VideoXpress is written in Actionscript 3.0 and saved in Adobe CS3 format.
What source material will I receive with the purchase of VideoXpress
When you download the product, you will receive a working example of VideoXpress in action. This includes the HTML page, Javascript file, example video(.flv file) and videoxpress.swf. These four files will get videoxpress up and running. You will also receive the source FLA file if you wish to edit the FLV Player directly.
- videoxpress.fla - The Flash source file
- videoxpress.swf - Exported Flash file.
- index.html - The example web page with videoxpress running
- example.flv - A lightweight test video
- swfobject.js - Javascript file required to embed Flash in your browser window.
Do I need to know Flash/Actionscript to use VideoXpress?
No, VideoXpress has been developed so the average novice web user can place video content on their web space with no actionscript. Just drag and drop VideoXpress into your web page, edit the configuration parameters and you are set. Advanced user may want to open the source file and edit the application directly.
Can I make a suggesting to improve Videoxpress?

Will I need to resize my videos for use with videoxpress?
VideoXpress has a videoScale property that currently handles two different view types. The view types are as follows...
- fit - scales the video proportionally to fit within viewing area
- noScale - This will center the video int he viewing area and leave the video the original size.

What takes so long to process an order?
It may take up to 24hrs for your Paypal payment to clear. Be assured that once your payment has cleared Paypal your order will be processed immediately and you will receive an email with login information.
Can I use another payment method to purchase VideoXpress?
Yes, please contact us at sales[at]VideoXpress.net for alternate methods of payment, such as email money transfers, check or money order.
Where can I find VideoXpress documentation?
Documentation is available after purchase in the User area and as text file with your download.
Can I change my password?
Not at this moment. I will soon be re-vamping the user area and will implement a change password feature for users.

Background Information
VideoXpress was developed along with ImageXpress to give clients access to an easily customizable, well designed FLV player and image gallery for their web projects.
Released for public sale in October of 2009 - VideoXpress is currently in it's V1 state.
